At Baby Footmuff, we stand behind our merchandise 100% .  We want your experience with Baby Footmuff to be hassle-free. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our products. You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt provided that all conditions below have been met. We do not reimburse shipping costs. It is the customers responsibility for shipping the product back to us. In the rare event you receive a damaged product, please contact 1-877-366-8683 within 5 days of receipt, we will replace it at no expense to you.

 How do I return something to Baby Footmuff?

When returning items:

1. Before you return merchandise you must first obtain a return authorization number (RAN).To return an item, call 1-877-366-8683 during normal business hours. In the event that a package is sent to us without a (RAN) pre-authorization number, you will be subject to 15% restocking fee and the cost of the product may not be refunded.
2. All returned items must be in the original packaging. Please do not mark on the original packaging.
3. You must have all of the original packaging, and all items must be returned in new, unused condition with their original tags attached.  Baby Footmuff cannot be held responsible for damages caused to items improperly packaged by customers.  
4. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise. 
5. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
   
   Return credit will be issued in the original form of payment within 2-3 days of receipt. For returns you must first call and request your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and make sure it is clearly marked on the return shipping label.  Returns should be shipped to the following address: Baby Footmuff, LLC, 7316 Desert Ridge Glen, Bradenton, FL 34202.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
